Suzanne Bull
Since January 2000, Suzanne Bull has been an Executive Committee member of Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea and held the position of Chair from December 2005 to December 2006. She is also a local resident, having lived in the borough for 15 and a half years. She is disabled and has a personal interest in supporting equal rights for deaf and disabled people in Kensington and Chelsea. She is passionate about ADKC, as when she arrived in the borough, they helped her to regain an active life here in London. She wants to make sure that other deaf and disabled people can benefit from ADKC's services too.

In her professional life, Suzanne is Chief Executive Officer of Attitude is Everything, which improves deaf and disabled people's access to live music by working in partnership with audience, artists and the music industry to implement a Charter of Best Practice across the UK.

She previously held a number of employed and voluntary positions which included Artsline, Shape, Deptford Urban Free Festival and Disability Arts in London Magazine.

She hopes that her combined professional and personal skills will support ADKC to be a thriving and exciting organisation.

Sandip Sodha
My name is Sandip Sodha and I have lived in the borough for over 15 years. I recently, re-joined the ADKC Executive Committee after about five years break. I am currently working for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Tenant Management Organization (TMO) as a Performance Monitoring Coordinator.

While I was away from the Committee, I was on Scope's Networking Committee which enabled disabled people to gain voluntary employment. I also have a passion for accessible transport. I was awarded a Millenium grant which I chose to use to do a project on Making Buses Accessible for All, and my findings were sent to Transport for London. This, among other findings, helped to improve the bus system. Now I have my sights set on the tube!

Ultimately, I joined the Executive Committee because I want to make a real difference for disabled people in Kensington and Chelsea and to help push disability to the forefront of the mainstream agenda instead of just bottom of the list.

Deborah lives very locally to the office and is a disabled wheelchair user. Deborah currently sits on our access panel and is also a supporter of many of the activities run by ADKC.
