Eric Dilley—Office Manager

Eric has decades of experience in office management, is the Chair of the Kensington Emperors Swimming Club and is a disabled person himself.
Catherine Dohou—Lifelong Learning Co-ordinator

Previously a civil servant in the Home Office and Foreign Office, Catherine joined ADKC in 2007, first as an Office Support Worker, later taking on the post of Policy and Consultation Administrator, before taking up her current role as the Lifelong Learning Co-ordinator since 2008.
Simone Galloway—Consultation Officer

Simone joined ADKC in May 2008 to cover the Lifelong Learning post for a brief period, then the Advocacy Project for a year covering maternity leave. Simone took up her current post as Consultation Officer in August 2009.
Simone also works for a disability organisation in Enfield, facilitating self-advocacy groups for people with learning disabilities.
Martha Girgis—Personal Budgets Administrator and Development Worker

Martha Girgis was appointed Personal Budgets Administrator and Development Worker in December 2009. Martha previously worked for a period as a Volunteer, at ADKC and abroad.
Jenny Hurst—Personal Budgets Support Co-ordinator

Jenny joined ADKC as the Personal Budget Coordinator in October 2010. A disabled person herself, Jenny has been employing her own Personal Assistants since the mid 90's. Jenny also works as an "Expert by Experience" for the Care Quality Commission and is a member of a number of strategic panels / advisory groups concerning Social Care. Jenny volunteers as a Trustee of Greenwich Association of Disabled People and is dedicated to promoting equal rights for disabled people.
Manbir Kaur—Disability Advocacy Worker

Manbir was seconded to ADKC in April 2006 and very quickly became a permanent member of staff.
Manbir has a wealth of knowledge and experience with advocacy related issues.
Marian O'Donoghue—Information and Advice Officer

Marian previously worked for voluntary organisations in Brent, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth and Islington, as an Advice Worker in a variety of settings including outreach.
Marian joined Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea in January 2007, as Information and Advice Officer.
Kate Pieroudis—Policy and Training Officer

After joining AKDC as PA to the late Menghi Mulchandani, ADKC’s former Chief Executive, Kate later became ADKC’s Consultation Officer for a period before taking up the post of Policy Officer and later her current post as Policy and Training Officer.
Jenny Reed—Active Choices Volunteer Co-ordinator

Jenny has been running the volunteer project at ADKC since July 2009. She has experience of working with disabled people in many different contexts and has worked as a volunteer herself both in the UK and Africa.
